Apropos

The onomatopoeia Algazarra is one of the few 700 linguistic heritage in Portuguese kept from the Arab expansion on the Iberian Peninsula between VIII and XV centuries.

This word, here objectified in a pile of letters cut in wood, offers a full apprehension and a more immediate experience on the sense, the idea and the action that is carries. Paradoxically, the object creates a kind of slow scream in the head of those who intend to read it. The work Algazarra is located at the tip of a metaphorical symbol, logo design and architecture model.
